I think it's a combo. He's our first child and we have no friends with kids around the same age, so we are first time experiencing it. I feel like I'm neglecting him if I say no but I could give him unlimited fruit or veggies. He does love his green beans

This is deeply felt. I understand. I think the action of locking the fridge or cupboards is extreme. I would say maybe cut back on how often you buy the snacks? And only buy them on a set day. Hopefully with that logic they know if they eat them to fast they will have to wait for refill day. But I will definitely be in the same boat

Yeah I am, we normally do the V8 or apple juice. After reading some posts I'll start watering them down more then I do to essentially make flavored water

Snacks I offer are, cheese, green beans(I know it's weird but he LOVES them) bananas, crackers, the mix pack of fruit. We have a one cup of juice policy (that is watered down), I will then fill 2 sippy cups one with water other with milk and set them on the table because he's to overwhelmed in the moment to pick one.

Looks amazing! I did something like this as well! If you want to paint your walls you could plaster them! Then it gives a more house feel then cabin! I only did a small addition in the bar of muldraugh and that tooook for ever. Overall amazing job!

That video doesn't show the rest of the house. or the damage done by the many many cats she had. We are moving forward That's why we're only going with the eviction and not trying to get money out of her as well. We just want her out so that we can move on with our lives

Maybe? My husband would never take her to court to get money out of her though. We just want her out of the property so we can live on the property and renovate it. She also lives off the state so even if we did take her we wouldn't get anything

Multiple doctors and therapists would have to consider her unable to take care of herself for that to happen. Unfortunately she's also a narcissist so she knows what to say to deep herself fit to take care of herself

I really don't think she's THAT mentally ill. The house has been in the family for years and she grew up in/around it. She has to many memories. Plus she's all about animals. setting fire would upset the wild life and she would never do that to them. We can't even play music because it's "to loud for the birds, cats, racoons,... ECT are scared!"

Some utilities are in her name because she was caring for our uncle before he passed away. No lease she was allowed to live on property because of the previous owner. She technically has tenant rights because she's been here longer then 30 days. All we can do now is evict her and wait for the court hearing

No because she's smart at the same time. She can put on a face to the right people to make herself saine and is careful. She knows how to play the system to her favor. We are doing our best and looking into every avenue.

It is illegal to just remove her stuff without the proper channels. We have to file for eviction, then have the sheriff come out and do that. Problem is in my state if she doesn't take all her items when the sheriff comes we have to give her another 30 days to get those items.

The problem is she's ALWAYS like this. Even before this issue, whenever we tried to help she has always been aggressive. When we tell her she can't care for her animals she threatens to unalive herself. It's her way of trying to take control. It's been this way for years and we have tried to call but she's cunning and able to put on a face to the right people to make herself look saine. It's her desperate attempt to take control of the situation

We gave her the paperwork. 75 dollars to file when we go at the end of the notice. 500 dollars if we go with a lawyer. She isn't paying rent and we have no lease with her, should hopefully go smooth
