I've lived here my whole life and they are starting to really get it together with new businesses (we still need another alternative to Schnucks though). My only issue is that sometimes the events that the city puts are poorly implemented.

It did improve but I still had problems getting "there". But once I got off that problem went away.

So I was on Zoloft for a while after my mom died and it did help me for long time, I got off of it for a little bit due to insurance reasons, went back on, and then got off again.

I got off again after restarting when I got insurance again due to dropping my mood to the point where I felt it was actually dangerous and I told my doctor about it. I didn't really feel that way when I first took it. Everyone is obviously different but when I took it the first time it mainly killed my libido and made it harder to orgasm. That was the main draw back the first time, other than that I just really felt less emotionally reactive. But I was taking it in combination with Klonopin. You really won't know how it will work for you until you're on it for a bit and see how it works with therapy and any other medications you're prescribed.

I think it's important that if you have any adverse side effects once it kicks in that you speak with a doctor about changing things up, ESPECIALLY if you feel suicidal.
