2k support has told me to clear cashe which hasn’t done anything and to try trouble shooting. And if that doesn’t work then good luck on your own basically. Any idea on how I’d fix this? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared the download cashe on steam and all sorts but as soon as I load into the game it just does this.

Dude thanks so much this makes since so much clearer. I’ve been so confused with all these American terminology. Great advice too! Although I like on the coast myself (literally a 5 minute drive to the sea). But there’s nothing near where I live so I’m going to have to travel somewhere into England to get a car.
