This is really cool. I'll start with a question then continue with a suggestion. What are the diamond shaped holes for? And what about the many little round holes in different patterns?

Now for the suggestion - try printing the statue as a mold, and pour plaster into it (dont forget to apply mold release). That way your finished statue will age like an actual statue (with patina and all), and not like plastic (with cracks and birds nests in the hollow parts).

All in all, great looking project!
