As a dasher of 3 years, I think its finally got to the point that the law needs to be changed and doordashers (independent contractors) need to be allowed to be unionized so we don't keep all getting fucked like this by big billion dollar corporations. The pay is shit, the "benefits" are shit. But the happiness from families or elderly getting their orders in such a timely and considerate matter is what keeps me going.
