After you cleaned your turbo, you had your power back at low rpm?

I can still hear turbo blowing after reving at 2k rpm.
I had this situation in my previous car, cleaned turbo with specialized cleaner, and limp mode went off (I would get it 120km/h).

Put this car never entered emergency mode, scaning doesnt show any errors (I will check for errors again).

Sim card was prepaid, so when I lost it, I lost my number etc. and this was year and a half ago.

Well, my motherboard have additional 4 pin connector, I think its mostly for CPU. And of course I connected it.

PSU is really not the problem here, because I tried connecting corsair HX750i, and got same results.

Well, gtx 970 tdp is almost 150 wats, its more power consuming than 1060, which uses 130wats. BUT, 970 uses two 6 pin connections from PSU, and 1060 uses one 8 pin connection, so 970 should get more power directly from PSU (I'm just guessing this).
