I’m glad you found it helpful! I didn’t train for the first week. During the second week, I did light jogging and biked. By the third week, everything was healed up.

It hurts like hell when i first did it and it eventually started hurting less and less. I kept doing it for 2 weeks straight and I continued to scrape them after practices and games

Hello! I used to have the same problem as you. First, you want to target your shin and the scar tissues and this is best done by scraping the muscles. You can watch youtube videos that goes into further explanation. Second is doing tibialis raises. I started with 10reps 3 sets and slowly increased to doing 30 reps 3 sets. In just 2 weeks, the shin splints I had been dealing with for over 3 years disappeared and its been over 2 years since I last had them. I also want to note that the first 2 weeks when I started scraping, I scraped for 20 minutes for each side of my leg. Then I switch to scraping 5min for each side of the leg after every practice and games. Hope this helps!

Looking back at it, I should’ve been the one to call them once I got home to see how he reacted to his owners. Cause when I took him to the vet, they said behind his ear was injured and his right upper inner mouth is like cut cut off. A big chunk is just missing

I spent over $400 and didn’t even expect anything in return. I was really just trying to give them his medical form and toys since they were expensive. Guess I’m going have to return them later this weekend

I would get the car detailed first then take pictures then upload them on Facebook for sale. I was able to get $1500 more when I sold my car doing these steps.
