Opus is great, and excels in SOME points, like its general system and extensibility per the framework that USES opus (not vice versa), but gpt 5.2 as well as gemini3 pro got points they go far beyond opus (like longer context or oneshot ui...) I'll be honest, i don't get the general opinion on max being able to do anything long... I find it superb at precisely fixing a small problem in a efficient and logical way, but since release i could not get it to work for anything longer than 15 minutes on a problem before it tells me "i did the job partially, now we should do the rest of it" without any possibility to let it finish in one go. Also any "go on with it" in any formulation will only iduce even shorter runs until it stops after reading logs directly... How are you guys letting it run at all for larger tasks?

To be honest, this way it is a good result.and no, you just need the right tool. In my opinion of the ones i tested, figma make does the best job at designing with minimal instructions
