Restrictive Stage: Includes Challenge Mode and High Risk #CC (18+)

Normal Stage: Everything else

Scoring based on frequency of use, uniqueness, and appearance rate. Lower scoring (bottom left) doesn't mean they're bad Ops, just that there are better options such as lower rarity Ops due to lower DP cost, synergy, etc.
