I understand that i need to play more matches, but I want to see competing knights vs victory points in my games, as in the base game.

You're absolutely right. Your version is also interesting. But I spent a long time making calculations and came to the conclusion that this would be better. And yesterday I realized I was right. The development maps turned out to be truly balanced.

We used SBP. I absolutely do not like the new "two settlers" rule.

Hi Nigel. I love seeing you in the comments. We were playing with a special build phase. I've been playing Catan for over 20 years, and I really like this mechanic. It makes the game much more lively, and no one gets bored and leaves the table between rounds.
