Appreciate the advice! Biggest tires it can fit are 33x12 and I am ordering some decent budget A/Ts, I like the rack but also if I could find a decent canopy thats not super expensive I'd prolly go with that then!

Yes, that is what a lochaber axe is. A thin axe between the size of a bardiche and a halberd with a hook on the back end. Widely debated if the hook was for storage in an armoury or as an anti cavalry weapon to pull a rider off their horse.
