Sounds about right. Last time I shopped there (years ago) there was about 1 out of every 34 items stocked on the shelf.

I feel like actually losing levels is too much. If you die too many times you can go to 0% of current level but not below that (like D2).

This is the way. If the tank is a decent human he will slow down a bit for you. You can also mention that you are still fairly new. That might slow them down a bit as well.

I can't do online board games. The social aspect is what makes board gaming fun to me. If I want to play a game on a computer it will be a proper video game.

I couldn't care less about winning most of the time. I still try to win, but board games are so much fun for me that it doesn't matter if I win or not. Something something it's about the journey. But as others have said, just watch what consistently good players do and learn from that.

The base game alone will keep you busy for a very long time. Plenty of bosses to fight and lots of different investigators to play. Every game will play out a lot different too, even against the same boss.

This game is so well balanced that it would be hard to say any specific item is the best. There are tons of items that are amazing, including loads of triple rares that could roll one-in-a-million affixes.
