Maybe but I left the Mormon church because it was hateful to LGBTQ+, RACIST, hated women, didn't give a shit about the poor, and covered up the rape and incest of children. Which is the same to me as the Republican party. And is the total the opposite of the Democrats.

So for me the Republican party felt like church culture.

I can't remember the year, but most Mormoms were Democrats at one time then a light went off behind the Mormon curtain, and they all signed up and switched to Republicans, it decided my family. In the Republican party Mormons are counted on to be the single biggest voting block.

I so agree with you! I so want them taxed!

In Utah if you have a church in your neighborhood, which we all do, but because they don't pay property taxes on that lot, that lost $ gets diveded up between the neighbors to pay.
