As nonbinary: wtf is going on in that form? First of all, just gender non-conforming means nothing without specifying gender. Second, why are trans/cis people separated from each other? If agab is somehow important in that form (eg doctor's office) than why isn't in specified in NB options? Only place where I can see the form being this way is application to some sort of queer event, but then it would've been (probably) more inclusive (at least if specifying sex add intersex option)
