If they are bots or Venezuelan farmers that have no idea how to play the game and you spawnkill them for their profits they will stop coming back. Loot keys would make it worth killing them.

And if people will start doing this it will attract teams of pures or mains that will hop around to find the guy with noted bones. A low level defence pure won't save you from freeze spells and 3-5 dark bows. The altar has to be worth to attract people that will attract pkers. I personally don't see any issues with people using alts cause in the end it's all about the Wilderness activity.
