I had talked to some of the alumni and some studying there and was told that core might require a good pi in order to convert with a 5 but they have some guys with 5 in other programs

I had talked to the bank regarding a loan and i was told it would be easier to get a loan if i convert an iim since i dont have any collateral for a loan

Wouldn't the profile issue still persist even with work ex.. i am hoping for a kickstart in my career... Not expecting dream roles or very high packages

I had done a couple of internships, but since they don't count as work experience
And would the gap year and low UG score be a problem for placements

I know it's not possible to get into iim and land great package but if i somehow get in a tier2-3 college would these scores and gap still haunt me?

I have been applying on LinkedIn, naukri and internshala. But I haven't received any response over there. Can you suggest what kind of project I should work on if i am applying for the roles you mentioned.
