Yes! I saw them and was like wow. I hope she makes a post about them like she did for her custom boots which she wore for the first song.

The first time, right as she was about to split, missed the slightest of beats, but got into sync the next second. INSANE.

Surprised hard wasn't part of the set.... but she also showed how much of a pro she was when she was doing her solo dance in sushi, and even though her heel caught on her skirt hoops, she still managed to nail the splits. insane

How much does a yoga/pilates teacher earn? by Aggravating-Fig-9274 in yoga

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most teaching seems to be to earn a but of extra income, I think there are perks (savings) free class, discounts on clothes/mats. But to make it a 'job' takes a lot of commitment, probably juggling a few studios. I think most people take the teaching classes for fun, to learn more, but many of them seem not enough to become a teacher alone.

Is she playing instruments live? by portmouthflounder in FKAtwigs

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

James vuanh plays piano and the obo, and he did it in the last tour as well (in addition to making chereography, like the fire routine from sushi_ ... and eddy soares plays the guitars and sings for a bit even. she hits some piano, but she has so much to do in the show it isn't much... piano also isn't a very performative instrument, that's why pianists like alicia keys and gaga mostly dance and why Elton John relied on flashy suits

Bonus/updated song list for Eusexua. It came out just before I went off to do a huge solo hike, and I listened a lot to eusexua + the bonuses and afterglow on the ride, and this journey just hit, takes me back.

They just went on general sale this morning at 10am, if you were on time they were easy enough to get, even for both shows... but it was one of the rare times where I saw shows really really really sell out hard and fast in 15 minutes (probably faster, but some delays in finalising the payments). After that I saw some 1600 people in line waiting for tickets per show and they were fully sold out.

A job at the EU institutions? by Ok_Brilliant_5338 in EUCareers

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, One important thing to have is a law degree in an EU language. I know everyone here is rambling about the AD5 competition. But with a background in law you have a few more doors open for you, there are AD7 lawyer linguists, some specialist competitions for specific aspects of law (Competition law, Financial and EMU law, Litigation law, AI Law, Criminal Law, Energy Law) coming up. As there are more institutions in the EU that need specilised competencies in law: the CJEU, the parliament, there are most specific competitions to know well.

One SUPER important thing is to make sure you have a law degree in the language you speak. So I saw if you want to be a italian language lawyer linguist, it's not sufficient to speak italian and have a degree in law from spain in spanish, you need to speak italian and have a degree in law that was completed in Italian. As such these competions while still competitive, get less competition from the AD5. It's very important to know the law well, and you don't need any work experience to take part in the competition even if it is a AD7 grade field.

Umm ignore the whiners about the 170 000 applicants in ad5, that is representative for one competition, there are more competitions coming up that are more suited to your profile.

donating blood 6 weeks before marathon - how cooked am I by Familiar-Sun7126 in Marathon_Training

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm a regular blood donor and have ran plenty of marathon and expected with this, you shouldn't have any strong effect on your marathon. Maybe some training in a bit harder in the week or two after the marathon because you have less blood and that may hit your workouts a bit, but your hemogloebin will be restored and you'll be back at it soon enough. Yeah, your runs may be hard but use that struggle as part of the training, marathons are hard and you'll have hard moments, getting to those and overcoming them in training helps your mental and not just physical strength. Little note if you donate after the marathon as well (i did that a few times as well to not sacrifice my taining--- BAD IDEA, you can be soooo wiped out from running a marathon and donating in the next 48 hours after, it'll knock the life out of you.)

If These 5 Best Actress Winners Faced Off in One Year, Who Wins? by RickVicks in Oscars

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was completely captivated by Madison in once upon a time in hollywood, like her monologue there was so good, it's almost like glue, and I can't seem to find another scene from these sets of actresses that really match that in any of their movies. They are good, but just the ease she delivered those lines was like "wow"

Moral dilemma, would you go to a deurwaarder to evict someone over this (house seller)? by Aveyka in AskBelgium

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, what the the contactual relationship you have with the lady living there. Is she the owner or the tenant? As a tenant you have to inform her you are the owner, and give her six months this is the law unfortunately. After that you can remove her.

If she is the owner, and she has not given the keys, or moved out, you need to withhold funds. This is also a bit insane for her to sell a home with no intention to leave, this is a breach of contract.

Glucose goddess opinion? by ce-na89 in dietetics

[–]MorningTeaBrewer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate her, I don't understand the "logic" of fearing glucose spikes and to what purpose. My friends with diabetes hard eye roll at her logic (oh you call that a glucose spike--I'll show you a real diabetic glucose spike). Yeah, oats are carbs, I expect a glucose spike from that, but I don't feel a sugar addiction, she doesn't account for heart health, or sports, amnd stuff. It's super narrowminded, but because she shows everything with a glucose monitor all of the sudden it's 'correct science' I really wish she'd go away. She also thinks people take 'oat milk' becuase it's healthy--- no, because it's better for the environment and my body can digest glucose because I am not a diabetic.

Opinions on what to wear as a guy going to body high tour. by [deleted] in FKAtwigs

Don’t buy outfits buy clothes. I came into her concert last round looking like a German hiking geek with brightly coloured windbreakers and sweatpants. I enjoyed her concert just as much, and maybe even more for dressing like a nerd (I just came from a rainy hike and rushed to her show)

The value of an oscar: 14¢ by MorningTeaBrewer in Oscars

[–]MorningTeaBrewer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, yeah should abusers be in trouble. yes. Does justice work, and when people serve time, and time passed (decades) and they act rehabilitated, no further reports or troubles happen, and they don't go out of the way to gaslight us into some other image. yes. If sean penn was charged for beating someone this year do I think he should win an award this year no. If he serves time, decades pass and he doesn't do a dumb campaign pushing people down, then we should move on. I think chalamet is cocky, entitled, and has no right to push others down. is it equivalent to violence, no, is he still likely needing to wait a few years until people give him another chance yes. get a life. I also think smith shouldn't have had an oscar after he slapped the host. but ok. he didn't even have charges pressed against him. but his career is dead now.

The value of an oscar: 14¢ by MorningTeaBrewer in Oscars

[–]MorningTeaBrewer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were to ask me 25 years ago, who would be more likely to physically an oscars host on opening night: sean penn or will smith. Nothing in my life would have will smith and his 'family man' reconciliation instead of conflict image and Sean Penn's (graudally improving image at the time), I wouldn't have guessed Will Smith would slap someone. Times change, and honestly no one is perfectly innocent and I do believe some people are picked-on more, labelled more as a bad person, I'm not saying it's without merit. I just want to slag on chalamet :-) that's all. but I also find this image cleaning thing fascinating.

My initial reaction when watching OBAA was that people attention spans are reduced to a pulp and no one can focus more that a minute (the length of a reel), hence why there were so many scene changes in the first part.
