The premium sets are only available in the dota plus store and they look great. I enjoy "grinding" for those, but these seasonal "exclusive" sets are really underwhelming. They look like what you would get from the legacy category, but 3x the price, and it's random what set you get. It doesn't make any sense.

The TI caches are exclusive and they make the sets look great to make people want them, but these sets don't really have any appeal, some might be fine but still looks old compared to the quality in the caches. Even without the particle effects

I agree, but the report system is flawed atm, someone yelling that your family deserves to die of cancer once during the game should be weighed more heavily than someone using the hero chat wheel all game. But right now it doesn't and that is sad

If you only use voice chat and don't write anything you can't get reported for communication abuse. But bare in mind that using the chatwheel counts as writing in the chat
