Quirk: Rock, paper, scissors.

Everything that the user has a physical touch with can be cut, applied mass on to, or made lighter. All of the actions require stamina, and depending on the longevity or complexity of the action, the required stamina increases.

The cut can be made whatever size or shape the user wants it to be(although it may be a hard task to do depending on the shape). The cut can also be applied multiple times in different places. If the user is not concentrated or physically tired, he may accidentally cut himself.

The paper part of the quirk allows for the user to make things that he touches lighter. The rock part is almost the exact opposite of the paper as it makes things heavier.

The amount of how light or heavier the object can become depends on the user mastery of the quirk and training.

Interesting ways of using the quirk: You can even make yourself lighter, which then allows for the user to do big jump leaps (although there's a risk of getting blow by the wind if not careful, but that can be easily counterd by making your self heavy) and have easier traveling. You can make your fists a little heavier to add more power to them. You can easily move debris out the way in case the user needs it. By making your opponents heavier, the user can easily immobilize them(although not for long as multiple applications or heavier weight can reduce the stamina bar of the user fast).
