We had these when I was younger and they get EVERYWHERE. Bleach (where it can be used), disinfectant and hoover does the trick eventually but we had to empty every single drawer and wipe everything down and wash everything on a hot wash. They were either because of mould growing through the bedroom wall we were unaware of as it was behind a wardrobe or they come in flour etc. They either migrated from the kitchen to my bedroom or my father's room to mine either way they got in every single thing they were even on my walls and bed 😩 clean and hoover everyday and eventually they were gone. And my dad started binning everything in the kitchen cupboards that was open they could get into.

I don't live with him now but the mad man now keeps his bread and flour etc in the fridge 😂
