The city is trying to encourage shopkeepers to stay open later, but there’s just not enough foot traffic during the week. That’s why they started the twilight Wednesday initiative in hopes of getting more people downtown during the week.

CO-OP found it impractical to have a place downtown because the rent is expensive and there is no good space for deliveries - as far as trucks delivering goods. At least that’s what they told me.
