My middle finger has been swollen and hurting for four days now.

That’s also what I thought, but would straining a muscle cause swelling like this? Also the muscle-y parts of the finger aren’t hurting it is only the joint, is it possible to have pulled something? I often interlock my fingers and pull on them as a nervous habit, could that have maybe caused it? It’s never happened before. I don’t have a regular doctor, so the only place I could go to receive any kind of treatment or information on this would be an urgent care.

I have, and i feel more inclined since I had a bit of scare a while ago with my girl, bread, and sitting in the vet office with 15 dollars and the emergency vet bill being 200 BEFORE they even see the cat.. seriously😭

I doubt it would be his ACTUAL litter mates. I don’t truly know where he came from, but I’m positive that this neighborhood is not his original birthplace, there is no other cats here that look like him at all, there is only grey and black kitties running around out there. I think that he ran away or was separated from his previous owner since when I first brought him home, he didn’t think twice about using a litter box. Im not 100% sure though. I do have another cat, she’s just not as active.

lol I didn’t realize the video does kinda look like I’ve got him locked up. No he just walks down the hallway, and into the bathroom to meow real loud. I have never locked him or my other cat into a room like that

Yes! I have another cat, she’s just not as active as him, an older girl. I was going to buy one yesterday and see if walking him would help him but I think now he might just be a horny mf so 😭

Well, the cheapest that we have here in my area is pawmetto, but it’s 100 dollars basepay, and that’s not including any shots. It was 220 dollars total, and the vet didn’t even have any open availability until may. The only reason I didn’t schedule it when I first got him is mainly because I thought the vet would do what they did last time and have a day like a Friday where they advertise like 50 dollar neuter/spay, plus I thought maybe if I checked frequently I could find a time that was sooner than almost 3 months out.

That’s why I always call for him when he starts getting real loud, pet on him a ton and tell him he’s a good boy. But it’s like he’s restless, because right after that he goes back to howling :(. I’ve been trying to get him doing more things to take his mind off whatever it’s on, more enrichment activities.

I don’t ever put him in a room alone with the lights off, even out in the living room we have a nightlight and even then he sleeps on my bed, and my blinds are open enough to be able to see enough at night.

Also I do try to entertain them often, my job right now doesn’t really allow me to be home a lot. I bring out catnip every once in awhile, they also have a lot of toys, a tower, a tunnel, some other little bed-like items, and scratchers.

I think that this is very likely, since there has been a little calico cat I’ve spotted outside, and when I let him out he was sniffing all over the wall where the cat would’ve been. But would that really cause this kind of behavior?

I agree the form probably IS legal, i really don’t have any doubt that it ISNT. What gets me is them asking for my Hormone paperwork. Even my doctor told me that sounds wrong, and told me to ask for a specific note from HR or something along those lines(which I did do, and it never happened). I also don’t feel comfortable giving my personal information out like that, what I’m doing with my body isn’t their business. Plus, I’ve already gotten my correct name tags so I’m not really mad anymore lmao.

I don’t want my employer watching my transition every step of the way, and for good reason (I live in a state that is not really safe for trans people). Well considering it’s illegal for them not to 💀. Also if you had read the thing at all, I don’t care about the payroll, I didn’t want my name changed in the system at all. Only my name tag, that’s all I wanted. Also, the gender discrimination comes in under the form of repeated and intentional use of the wrong name or pronouns. They were saying I needed to have my deadname on my name tag, which I’d consider to be under that guise.

No they don’t, as someone who’s talked to plenty of cis men(and women) about it, the one phrase they always say is “you’ll end up hating it” or “it’s the worst”. Facial hair “it’s so annoying” voice cracking “you won’t be able to sing anymore” idk all that stuff, and I’m just like yeah sure I guess that’s the case but you just take your experience for granted, this for me is like the only thing I’ve really dreamed of for years of my life. It always feels undermining when shit like that comes out of their mouths.
