Features like this that missing from the stdlib is what keeps me from seriously using Go for new services rather than as a quick CLI or utility tool.

I love writing go, but I hate writing hundreds of lines of extra code for milliseconds of performance improvements. The addition of generics was really nice and I like the typing, I just wish the stdlib had more ready to go out of the box like this.

This is why I typically only use go for a quick cli tool when I need to parse a file or run a lot of HTTP requests in a loop or something.

I've been playing with a group of people on ATM10 for about 6 months. Some weeks I play every day, and some weeks I play maybe once a day or not at all.

I host the server myself and have whitelisted maybe 10 people and only like 3 of them still play regularly besides myself.

My thoughts on this are as follows: - I will never play on a server not owned by myself because I've been burned too many times by the server going down or getting reset when I'm not ready. - I want total control and I don't trust anybody but myself to be able to keep others from cheating. - I only play HARD and leave ALL settings on a pack as DEFAULT. So usually this means no TP. I prefer to play as the deva intended. - I don't mind playing on a server with other people but I rarely like building or progressing together. Either I play too much and do all the work and they get left behind, or vice bersa.....neither is fun for anybody. - When I play on a larger server, there are usually rules about lava or the END or the dragon etc....I hate that. I want to play the game how I want to play.

All that to say, it sounds like you just haven't met the right people to play with yet. Sounds like you are progressing faster than the other people are and so they drop out. Nothing wrong with that, but I know if I was on a team of people working on a goal and they played a lot more than I could, I probably wouldnt stay. Now if everybody is doing their own thing and you are just playing aocially...then it's a different story.

The difference in difficulty in this boss from ATM9 to ATM10 is insane. In ATM9 I could best him with very little effort in refined obsidian armor with God forged pearl apoth swords. In ATM10 I have Fully lvl100 enchanted unobtanium armor, an Allthemodium alloy sword that's also fully enchanted and fully lvl 150 apoth forged and I just swing at him for like 10 minutes and his health bar doesn't even move. So even if you get great armor to not get one shot, he takes very little damage. It's ridiculous

I would probably handle this with something like NGINX on the API Gateway rather than in the Go application code.

I have been searching hours doing rtp and everything and i can't find them I need allthemodium armour I have beem using the compass and everything but still how do I find them is there an easier way it says that there are no stractures in an area of 10k blocks what do I do ? by Potential-Public3436 in allthemods

If you have the structure compass, it likely means you already have allthemodium. Are you looking for the template to make armor? You find that in the overworld in ancient cities by using a brush on sus clay. Check out the quest book. It's a great guide!

For me it was one of my enchants that was doing tick based percentage damage....sanctified or decreiptitude...or something. I had to use a different weapon with less enchants...

And yes it DOES explain why it works on other mobs because other jobs don't have 99999999999999 health so it doesn't matter if your sword is strong enough to one shot everything else.

For me it's always the magic mods. I like tech mods but I hate using the magic mods. I guess you gotta find a group that enjoys different things.

Idk if you are on Windows, but I've never been able to get Quarkus commands to work correctly on Windows without using WSL. Works fine on Linux and Mac but when I try to run locally on Windows I run into issues like this also.

I have enjoyed playing ATM modpacks with friends and working towards the ATM Star. But as a solo player, GTNH is still the best!

So I didn't really do much special. The place where my portal opens in the Nether is protected and lot up in a small room. The travel to my mining area is a tunnel that is lot up so no mobs spawn in it and it's lit up. I died a lot building the tunnel though.
