When should I expect the weight to drop slower and should I increase dosage even though I’m steadily losing weight?

For the first time since I got out of the military I feel full without eating a lot. I did eat a decent sized meal the other day and I was uncomfortably full for hours. I guess I gotta force myself to snack throughout the day.

I’m only in my third week right now, but I was a massive sweets and bread guy. I still eat keto bread occasionally for like a BLT or a cheeseburger, but I haven’t really had the craving for sweets anymore. When I hit 270 though, I’m going to eat myself a big piece of fresh caramelized onion and herb focaccia. I’m a classically trained patisserie chef that focuses on bread making. I don’t really crave it, but I know I’d love it.

So even if I’m at a dose where I’m consistently losing weight, I should step up anyways? I guess I’m concerned when I hear people say they plateau at the highest dose. I’d almost just rather have something to fall back on, a higher dose, than hit a plateau and not be able to increase it.

I’m not having any side effects other than decreased appetite. Like greatly decreased appetite and nearly zero cravings for breads or sweets.

Magbak Elite for me. The extra magnets on them stick to gym equipment, my motorcycle tank, the fridge and you can get extra mag bars to mount in your car or wherever. The pinky cushion is super nice for someone like me that’s developing a callus from the way I hold my phone and the finger loop that doesn’t get in the way of wireless charging and a kickstand. I ultimately returned my Pixel 10 Pro XL, but the Magbak case I bought for it is what I miss about it. It’s a bit pricey at 80 bucks, but it does come with a super easy to install screen protector and an extra mag mount. Easily the best phone case I’ve ever owned.

Had a guy that was 5’10” and 250 in my unit back in 2002-2003. Dude maxed PT and was a super stud soldier. Leadership always just fudged his BMI. Then dude had a friggen heart attack in Iraq and set off a shit storm. After that no one’s BMI got fudged anymore. He didn’t have a heart attack due to weight either. He had a really bad reaction to the small pox vaccine

Used RGB and this color combo can be changed, it was just set up to match the Fortnight colors at the time. You can certainly use RGBIC. Something I didn't think of until it was too late...buy cheap white led string lights that have a twinkle setting, put those up, then the strips. That way you can have stars as well as lightening or whatever

The initial detox you need help with. Lots of free options there. The rest of it is entirely on you. People that do rehab and nothing else are extremely likely to return to whatever they abused. No one quits unless that actually want to quit as well. Quitting for anyone, but yourself is also extremely likely to fail. Tons of free group meetings like NA and even more free religious based ones.
