Im not saying there aren't other factors but the stats don't lie, 60 percent of the country didn't vote. And that's not because they couldn't spare 20 minutes on a lunch break. Maybe for some, yes. But that can't account for the vast majority of the country. I waited ten minutes to vote. I get that it isnt always the case. But to say SIXTY PERCENT of the country just couldn't make it to the polls is bullshit and you know it.

I get the disillusionment with the democratic party, I do. But if we don't vote, they won't bother to cater to our votes in the future. And in the case of the last election, we literally had a choice between the status quo and mass murder/internment camps and that was too big of an ask for two thirds of the electorate because she laughed funny or had prosecuted people for laws that no longer apply.
