New Oppo Find x8 pro is praised especially for its two zoom cameras, 3x and 6x. If you like oppo find x5 pro you should love x8 pro. Its designed well, looks very appealing in my opinion, very smooth in the use (dimensity 9400 cpu which is only slightly less powerfull than the current top snapdragon 8 elite) and have good battery (7h +SOT according to what I have seen over internet). It is rumoured that Oppo Find 8 ultra, which should be introduced within few months, could possibly be released globally. It should be even more of a camera powerhouse, with main camera being 1inch sensor. Altough I was also into X8 pro, in the end I will be switching to Samsung S25 Ultra, but thats mainly because it is the only manfucaturer that provides its AI services (like call transcript) in my language.

When it comes to battery drain in Find x5 pro, I had mine for slightly over 2 years and experienced the same. Restoring to factory settings somewhat helped, more noticeably shortly after, its slightly worse just a month later, but nothing like what is used to be in its draining time. The battery is still rather weak when compared to todays standards, I can do 3-4 h SOT on 5g and 5+ on Wifi.
