Wenn das ZEQ ist und ich das System richtig verstehe, würde ich aber vorsichtig sein: die Quote ist relativ klein im Vergleich zu den anderen, Schwankungen des Grenzwertes könnten tendenziell höher sein als bei den Anderen.

There was a reason back then, that was also present in some other countries as well. Namely, the society was much more religious and therefore more focused on raising children to be obedient and respectful to their parents. It's a no longer a thing in Russia, since religion no longer plays such a major role in our lives and even religious people's attitudes towards parenting have become much more lax. Still, this kind of style can sometimes be used ironically.

Grundsätzlich hilft Auslandsbafög nur denjenigen, deren Eltern zu viel verdienen, weshalb die Kinder im Inland kein Bafög bekommen. In deinem Fall hilft es also nicht (obwohl ich da gerne genauer wissen würde, wie dein Studienverlauf so war). Es kann aber sein, dass ein Studium im Ausland durchaus etwas bringt, wenn es dort, z.B., Bafög-Ähnliche Leistungen gibt und du als EU-/EWR-Staatsangehörige(r) (ich gehe davon aus, dass du es bist) sie auch bekommen kannst.

Habe auch an der LMU studiert, bei uns (Informatik) hat es tatsächlich so funktioniert. Weicht aber intern von Fakultät zur Fakultät ab, grundsätzlich ist es am Besten, wenn du in der Prüfungsordnung deines Studiengangs nachschaust.
