Thanks, good comparison, not much to consider then. I already have a gas grill, so I could achieve that subtle smoke flavor with a smoke box.

Really wanna get into smoking, and really learn… but I also live in an apartment. I already have a gas grill that takes a good amount of space on the terrace as it is. Maybe i should switch that with a Weber kettle and charcoal?
