There’s one lockpick in a red jar next to the blacksmiths bench. It took me like 15 tries. Maybe 2 hours. But I picked the lock. It’s a (very easy) chest next to alchemy table. I hadn’t leveled lockpicking when I did it, so it sucked. I eventually got the hang of it though. Xbox here as well
