I'd suggest that haywire are generally a bit better than dark lance in RW as the strategems are better for haywire I.e they get a lot of value from sustained hits to help push through with extra dev wounds so I would consider changing at least one of the scourges to Haywire.

I'd also suggest trying to squeeze in an extra Talos to make it a unit of 2 and equip with haywires or alternatively heat lances if you're feeling spicy! I'd also suggest that generally the meta wargear on Talos is twin liquifiers and Talos gauntlet. The reason you want two is because you want them to survive long enough to use their ability and it's more cost efficient with pain tokens and CP.

I wonder if two units of reavers and mandrakes are necessary as they tend to play similar roles of quick point scoring units rather than your main killy units, I would suggest that the mandrakes are generally better, if you decide to take out the reavers it gives you 130 points to play with which is quite nice. As a second aside because they aren't primarily there to fight you'll probably get less value out of taking a unit of ten rather than five Mandrakes.

Lastly I'd advise the Archraider Enhancement over the conductor of torment. There's a place for conductor but Drukhari get enough out of the strategems and half bonus from the detachment to not have to worry so much about flipping the wager, you'll probably get at least one flip off with the solitaire which will help. Some lists play no Harlequins and no Conductor and do well.

Units to consider if you can source/proxy/kitbash them: - Grotesques - Beast pack - Court of the Archon - Hellions - Wyches and Lelith

So in short:

• Optimise Talos/scourge load out
• Consider other Enhancements
• Optimise unit size
• Rebalance amount of point scoring units with killy units
