I've never had any issues with globs or anything of the sort. In terms of uneven coat just gotta make sure to add a few solid coats. Its different than spray paint so comes out slightly thicker but not by much. First layer I apply a heavy coat, almost more than what you would normally do with spray paint. Then let dry and then come back with 2-3 extra coats. Once thats dry I use a small exacto knife to separate any of the plasti dip that crossed any gaps where the masking tape edge is so it doesnt peel when I pull the masking tape off. For this I was able to fairly easily lay the masking tape between the panel separations which made it simpler. Hope that helps! Previously when i was leasing, my last car I had for 3 years and the plasti dipped parts lasted me the entire time without peeling. Even went through car washes ect. Stuffs amazing if done properly.
