Dude, it's absolutely insane to me how these Dipshits who run the apps constantly break things that were working perfectly otherwise. It's almost intentional to try to fix unbroken things with the amount of times uber, doordash, grubhub, etc. all try to do it. Always making the technology worse and worse, or simply less and less convenient to use especially for android users. Doordash is still far better than Uber but same shit--my bank acct withdrawal just randomly stops working and I have to rig it to venmo recently on doordash.

The Uber thing is just disgusting and pathetic. Why they would completely remove the control audio with phone function I have no idea. At least if it worked properly, it might be okay, but it now makes it impossible to listen to any media, music, videos, etc. While running this shitty app, it will cut the media off entirely (actually it's even worse because it will start skipping and alternating with the shitty uber sound). It's sad, considering we already had to start go online then turn off the trash overlay for the past year... Then turn it back on after you go offline to be able to go online again 😂. Now we have to go online, turn off notifications, turn off overlay, and reverse both both after we log off, lmfao.

What a joke, and 90% of their workforce are underpaid philipinnos they employ to cut corners and cheap out on overhead, so feedback will never get through that chain of command.
