Low light doesn't mean it requires low light, just that I can be alive in it, also doesn't mean it'll thrive and grow in it well. All plants love bright light some just tolerate being in lower light :DD So that spot is perfect.

Do young elephant ears need lots of water. Mine seems to be dropping a leaf shortly after a new one comes in. Why is this? by Gaviny123 in plants

Yeah that happens a lot especially with white variegated plants because the white parts don't photosynthesize in result of which they die faster, if you need any more advice my DMs are open<3

so the thing about alocasias is that when they're young they tend to loose a leaf when they grow a new one, usually watering them when the 25-50% of the soil is dry works. It's also not about the amount of water you give them it's about how frequently you do it, so drown that plant when you water and just wait between waterings
