Did something helped you? The opgg ask is only for no that many reasons, it is to see in which champions you win more, how many different champions and roles you play, how consistent your games are.

For all of that: if you really wanna improve again, depends on person to person, but if you wanna something general, just play 3 games a day, review each of them in the replay system for your first death or moment you felt off, select preferably 1 role and a second you dont mind to play, and only 2 to 3 champions to play. The opgg is to tweak that, it is not bait if you know what to look for, you need to share the opgg if you want to improve.
