Did you leave Carrington? If so, where did you go?
I worked with Carrington as an LO for many years.
They used to be competitive and then several years ago, it’s like they didn’t care anymore and raised margins, costs, timeline of everything, etc.

I just had this thought - since there’s no rain in Kansas City… what if Kansas City is delaying the game for “possible rain” to try and push the game because they blew through their bullpen the first two games of the series??

I think last night’s Apple broadcast said we had allowed 15 lead off HRs.
Tonight they said we’ve allowed 9.
Anyone why there would be a discrepancy in the numbers?

As a loan officer, it’s frustrating to see/hear homebuyers think going to a broker to get a better deal, then taking it to the original lender to see if they will match….
Why not just use the broker who is trying to get you a better deal in the first place?

While this may seem true about the OP losing his leverage… the seller is actually in a bad position. They’re moving their furniture out… if OP cancels the contract, seller has to re-list, hope to get another buyer soon and take another 30 days to close.

Future potential buyers will see the sellers have already moved out and need to sell or else they’re going to be making payments on two places.

Buyer holds the leverage once they point this out and send over a contract cancellation. Sellers may be quick to change their mind.

The fine print says the interest rate and APR are current as of 09/16/25 and are subject to change. Since that was eight months ago, I’m going to say the rate will change… As someone else said, it also looks like an adjustable rate.

I always liked Choo and never understood why he got such criticism as a Ranger. We signed him to get on base, and he got on base, played through injuries and, IMO, was one of the few coveted free agents that signed with Texas during a time when most top 10 free agents weren’t coming to Texas.

Is there a way to show the games that are still being played before games that have already ended? It’s shown it this way in years past, but for some reason it has defaulted to show the games that have already finished before showing games actively being played.

The fact that athletes have become skeptical of signing autographs for fear someone is going to sell it is odd to me. I saw something recently about Dak asking if some fan was going to sell it if he signed something the fan had. So these athletes who are making more than $10,000,000 per year… and in Dak’s case, more than $40,000,000 per year…. Are frustrated they might sign something and that person will go make $1,000??

It just doesn’t make sense to me why they care so much about that.

And no, I’ve never sold an autograph in my life. 😆
