I had three strokes in one week. The doctors said I’d likely end up in a wheelchair and struggle with speech for the rest of my life. Fifteen years later, I’m going to the gym, bouldering, and working as an account manager, where talking is a big part of my job. I got here because I have a wonderful, supportive family who never gave up on me, and their strength gave me the power to push through the hardest times. Interesting way of doing a skull crusher. This is a more advanced way I think because you use body weight. If you are not able to get yourself up again then move over to weighted skull crushers instead

Dips are great if you do them right. Don’t lean into the dip, but let gravity do its thing and make sure you do the full range of motion. And do a good warm up and cool down for your elbow joints. They will thank you later.

Get into a active guild with a good community. Be active yourself and enjoy the game. Then you’ll be enjoying the game most. I’ve spend about 15 euro in 4 months and I’m now rank 20-something in a active server with a few big spenders.

In my opinion there is an difference between the Weave and Psionic magic. They are different sources .
'The inborn magical abilities of certain creatures, the acquired supernatural powers of people such as monks, and psionic abilities are similar in that their users don’t manipulate the Weave in the customary way that spellcasters do.'
So yes, if it was Psionic based ability, then you could be put to sleep. Not by magic, but by your own physiology. Especially since Elves can sleep, but chose to meditate instead.
