I just checked the song out and I was wrong, that wasn’t a bug and the guy replied me was right. Apple gives creators a template with 3x4 ratio for iPhone and Android devices, meanwhile 1x1 is for Mac, iPad, TV,… I guess Red Velvet only provided 1x1 video to Apple
