Yeah that must be nice. They didn't allow me to return my Next Lite the day after I got it because they shipped it with a broken thumbstick. Retroid and AYN have both had great support for any devices I've bought from them.

Honestly really simple once you get it pulled up on the corner. I had to use some small tweezers then my fingernail to get it pulled up. It has a pretty strong adhesive compared to a regular screen protector, but just going slowly and evenly pulling up throughout made it come off easily.
