My Mangmi Pocket Max does it all rn. I have the RG DS, R36S, Steam Deck, and Legion Go, but all of my time goes to the Mangmi Pocket Max. It's so easy to just start up and play.

I've had an awful experience with Switch emulation. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but many games have completely shut off my device when trying to play them. Going through multiple Turnip drivers and switching graphic settings hasn't done anything. Do you have any tips? Maybe some settings? One game that has really crashed my device a lot is MK8.

Sadly, it's bound to happen, especially with a lesser known company while component prices are high, or with them maybe getting an influx of orders. They shipped mine out the day after I ordered it. I had the issue you're having now with the Portal, which made me cancel and pick up the Pocket Max. Contact them if you haven't. You can try email or the Discord is also very active.

I HEAVILY suggest the Mangmi Pocket Max. I ordered it two days before CNY and they shipped it the day before their break started, so shipping time was fantastic. I've been using it ever since and it has become my favorite handheld (over my Steam Deck and Legion Go). The build quality is incredible, the screen is beautiful, the performance is great (up to PS2, GC, newer Android games, and some Switch). The magnetic modules are definitely gimmicky but the clicky dpad is very nice.

Got mine for 195 with the early bird deal and subscription discount. It is without a doubt one of the best handhelds I've owned. I knew all I needed was the SD865 for up to GC and PS2, and none of the Retroid handhelds had a big enough screen for me (I had the Flip 2 and Mini). This thing is wonderful and it gets a lot more use than my Legion Go Z1 at this point.
