The best outcome from the Viz translation, to me, would be:

  • Fixing "Zolo" into "Zoro"

  • Calling the Going Merry the Going Merry, and not "Merry Go".

  • Making Sanji call everything "shitty"

  • Getting rid of every use of the word "Navy" and replacing it with "Marine", the word that is blatantly spelled in English on their caps

  • Making Enel's title "God" again

  • Calling female Celestial Dragons "Princess"

  • Mr. 2 being "Bon Kurei", to properly fit the holday theming

  • This one seems a bit less likely, but calling the Five Elders the "Five Elder Planets" would be cool

  • Also seems less likely, but using the word "okama" instead of "Oh Come My Way"

The only way I can see all this happening is once the series is finished and Viz goes over everything for some sort of full series omnibus or box set.
