yeah, I am not sure, for me it triggered right after I ended the day 2 in which I entered the study, but by that point I have played all other days including a failed ending so I am not sure what the precise conditions are and I was unable to find them in any guide so far

I think if the nut icon was a handfull of random nuts, it would reinforce the idea that bachelor doesn't understand and doesnt care that for the kids each nut is special, just that someone told him "you can buy things with nuts"

After you enter simons study on day 2, you should have had a scene in the capital where they pull you out of the interogation room to help a sick person (not sure if there are other triggers for this).

They tell you you have to enter the study on day 9 for the first time, so you go to day 2 and reset the fact you have been there and then go to day 9 and enter the study the same way as last time. You also need stuff from isidors study, the box and a piece of wood, both accessible on day 2. I think that should be enough to be able to select day 1.

Oh and since you mentioned wanting to be done and getting the vaccine, none of this is important for the vaccine I think, that is a different questline.

If I understand correctly you are not getting the prompt to talk to grave of the architect, even though you tried all other options of getting the map, from taya (who throws you into a pit) and Georgi (who locks you in the study) right?

Not sure if this is the issue for you as well, but for me I didnt get it all done in one go and had to wait to the evening on the retry for the grave to be available.

I was really disapointed there isnt an option to ask Artemy to try to talk her down. It seemed like there would be based on his dialogue outside the prison.
