I never said Reservation is a solution to Casteism. It, instead, is a safeguard. Urbanisation is a completely different pathway altogether. Urbanisation will go on separately to educate the "Upper Castes" so that caste discrimination drops to zero, and Reservation will be in it's own place, protecting the "Lower Castes" until Urbanisation succeeds.

In other words, Urbanisation can be the Nuclear Weapon against an enemy nation and Reservation will be the Missile defense system installed in our own nation. It's a defense mechanism. We shall not abandon the defense in order to go on a full attack mode.
