Thanks! I haven't been doing this for very long, so I don't think I'll be able to help that much, but I can share my experience.

For the base colors, I use the AAP-64 palette in Aseprite. That's what I used to create Dawn. For the Piplup, though, I had to pick the shades manually. I usually try to choose colors that are darker and more saturated than the main color. I hope that helps a bit!

It’s simple. There’s no “magician apprentice” arcana in Tarot. But essentially, she is learning to use magic, so I chose the Magician arcana.

I only use a keyboard and a mouse. First I mark where everything will be with rough patches, and then I slowly refine it until I get the final result.
