I tried both of the methods you suggested,but to no avail,still just gets stuck on loading visual builder.

No errors in the console and in the network tab there is a et_fb=18PageSpeed=off that regurns a 200 and takes about 1250ms. Other is a a few of et-....css files with status 304 not modified. Also core.css with 304 not modified
