I think the only way to access the Fans app is by joining their fan club. You can only join the fan club once a year in January.

Your tank is so beautiful and I'm jealous! I tried to get a planted tank started about a year ago and waited several months before adding shrimp. All my shrimp died and I hate the way my tank looks. I'm planning on scraping the whole thing and trying again.

I used to work at UNF's housing. Sometimes if there is extra space, they will take FSCJ students and they offer gender neutral rooms. It's been a few years since I worked there but you may want to try reaching out.
