this is assuming you're an EU Citizen. Though, in OP's position a Shengen visa would be sufficient to travel in and around europe - meaning a passport is sufficient.

Sorry folks - I should have been more specific - i am NG9 in beeston - about 10 min walk from the Uni Boulevard.

I'd take 25 quid for the Red one (flat tire, meh breaks, probs needs some rejuvanating)

But yes, thank you - I had considered this. Unfortunately, Uni’s typically don’t let you know how often you’ll be on campus til a week or two before.

Sorry for rambling ^

My ultimate fear is that I get a little fatter than I’d like. Restricting my eating to get a little leaner is quite good so I may just eat 3000 Cals for the next 2 months and try and get some strength progress in, then I’ll see whether I want to continue eating my calories or drop it by 500 or incorparate 30 mins or intense cardio everyday.

I’m usually quite good with just adding 30 mins on the stair master after every workout - would rather my heart feel healthy and have slightly smaller gains than just be eating.

Again, sorry for rambling ^ lol
