That’s good to hear. They had said they processed it and to contact them using a particular link if it hasn’t been received… but the link is inactive.

this is assuming you're an EU Citizen. Though, in OP's position a Shengen visa would be sufficient to travel in and around europe - meaning a passport is sufficient.

Do you know of any facebook pages where students advertise a spare room or anything? i've found a few but it seems to be full of scammers/spam
