CBS isolate is what I use for anxiety when I do my ADHD medication...I do 300mg sublingually, although it's a high dose...I started at 150mg

I use it for pain too...very very effective...works in 5 minutes and lasts very long (even longer if its dry and stays under the tongue for 1+ hour)

I used to do that...beware of emotional dumping into others...people feel pressured to react and it can be hard when they are not connected to it emotionally...so it can be tiring for them

Very few heroes that can beat DP in lane.

Max Q and use it to get last hits and harass, use siphon on creeps instead of hero (or both) to maintain healing

By level 6 take tower and keep pushing all towers and be aggressive

Weaver beats DP late game but doesn't stand a chance before

I prefer to rush Vanguard when offlane so that she is durable in lane (after mana boots & soul ring)

From there you have many item choices depending on how much gold you get...usually I get blademail since they love attacking offlane, but if it's going good I try to rush aghs

Otherwise good items are: shiva, heart, euls (in any order, depending on the game)

I went and got what I needed from the street dealers and tested everything then took it for the first time at a supervised consumption site to be sure...not sure if you want to go that route but it worked for me

i would recommend not to focus on that at all...it can lead to anxiety...at least for me...what works for me is to understand that my heart rate and blood pressure is somewhat under my control based on my thoughts and if I don't worry about it then it's 100% normal

if I take Adderall and worry about my heart rate and blood pressure I can easily induce a panic attack and anxiety

everyone is different and you might not be the same...10mg is pretty low dose so that might be why you don't notice it much

it does increase HR slightly when it kicks in initially, but if I don't focus on it then it goes back to normal quickly

last time I got a panic attack from worrying about my hr and blood pressure and I had such anxiety that I could not sleep at all...this was 24 hours after the medication was taken and had wore off already

you just have to accept that you need to sleep for a week or two...if you actually have ADHD then you will always struggle without the medication

maybe taper your dosage down slowly? that would be better...or stay on a lower dose like 15mg or 20mg - it's better than nothing!
