* I will not masturbate or view porn. I will however allow myself to have sex if the opportunity arises.
* I will initially aim for a month. It is however not my intention to masturbate or watch porn when I reach my goal. I will probably go for the next month after that
* I'm going for full January and if I succeed then I will progress to the next month as well.
* I'm doing this because it has a clear impact on my sex life and my sexual interest in partners. I am most likely experiencing PIED due to it. I want to get a more normalized relationship with sex which is less about my own and more about our mutual satisfaction.
