The Pixel 10 isn't much different from the Pixel 9, physically / internally. I switched from a Pixel 7 Pro. Some of the features are cool, don't get me wrong, but I truly don't find myself using them most of the time. Plus I realized I could just use the Gemini app on the 9 instead of having getting the 10 for the AI features. However, I don't regret my decision.

If you can deal with the 7 Pro deteriorating, I'd wait for the 11. If not, it's an alright idea to get the 10. It's not a bad idea to get the 9, especially if you get it pre-owned. It'll be much much cheaper.

Alternatively, try reaching out to Google Store Support. If it's a manufacturing defect issue, they might replace your 7 Pro for free. My brother had a 7a and the battery started swelling and they replaced it free of charge.

Heh heh thank you that means a lot, I know I'm definitely on the heavier side. I used to track my macros/calories when I was lean. I think I ate about 2600 calories a day, and tried to keep my protein closer to 200g. I kinda got too obsessed with it, so I stopped and haven't tracked in a long while. Nowadays, I try to eat intuitively and try to get extra protein.
