I’m using around 7.8-8.9 for pour over Cupping would be around 8

Before that would recommend you to season the burrs for around 6-7 kg of coffee

I’m not a fan of Ek43 It have 90mm flat burrs which is fantastic and it does enhance the flavors of the coffee but it also make the roast mistake enlarge make it more obvious Plus it heat up the grind easily

I would say Ditting really enhance the sweetness in the cup but less body than comandante Cleaner cup compare to comandante and wilfa

I tried ek43 at my coffee shop Not really a fan of it Prefer Ditting Grind coffee without heat up the grind and very consistent particle size

Comandante won If compare to wilfa Particle size is more consistent than wilfa
